Coaching Agreement

Individual Coaching Agreement

This Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which Jamie Davies of Coaching Stride (“Coach”) will deliver coaching services to you (“Client”).

​

By booking and investing in Coaching Stride sessions via https://www.coachingstride.com/sessions you agree to abide by this Agreement.

​

1. Service Overview

  • Type of Coaching: Individual life and performance coaching, focusing on confidence, authenticity, vitality and strategic mindset.

  • Coach: Jamie Davies, Founder of Coaching Stride.

  • Delivery:

    • Discovery (Free): 30 min online session.

    • Realign Package: 4 × 1-hour sessions online, includes 2 month of post-session support.

    • Refocus Package: 6 x 1-hour sessions online, includes up to 4 month of post-session support

    • Reignite Package: 12 × 1-hour sessions online over 6 months, flexible post-session support for 6 months.

    • Ad-Hoc Session: Single 1-hour session.

  • Eligibility: Adults (18+) seeking personal or professional development.

2. Booking & Onboarding

  1. Discovery Call: Book your free 30 min Discovery session at coachingstride.com/sessions.

  2. Package Selection & Payment: After Discovery, choose your package and pay via Stripe, or invoice.

  3. Client Intake Form: Complete and submit the Coaching Stride registration form at least 48 hours before your first paid session.

  4. Session Logistics: You’ll receive Online meeting links (or in-person venue details on request) and a reminder 24 hours prior to each session.

3. Client Commitments

  • Attend sessions sober and on time (arrivals ≥ 20 minutes late may be cancelled).

  • Prepare and bring any relevant updates, focus areas, or resources.

  • Minimise distractions—phones and smart devices on silent.

  • Engage fully in between-session actions, as agreed.

  • Provide accurate health, accessibility, and contact information.

  • Dress appropriately for any in-person meetings or terrain, and have note-taking materials ready.

 

4. Coach Commitments

  • Be fully prepared and on time for each session.

  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ICF coaching ethics.

  • Provide light-touch support between sessions via email.

  • Share tailored, evidence-based resources to support your journey.

  • Prioritise my own well-being to sustain high-quality coaching delivery.

  • If better alternatives exist, I will candidly discuss next steps or referrals.

 

5. Packages, Fees & Payment Terms

  • Up-front Payment: All sessions paid in full before booking.

  • Validity:

    • Realign Package: (4 sessions), valid 6 months from purchase.

    • Refocus Package: (6 sessions), valid 6 months from purchase

    • Reignite Package: (12 sessions): valid 6 months from purchase

  • Non-Refundable: Packages are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellation:

    • 48-hour notice required to reschedule; late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.

    • Mitigating circumstances considered at Coach’s discretion.

  • Fee Changes: New rates apply only to packages purchased after 30 days’ notice.

 

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All session content is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).

  • Client data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

  • Coaching Stride is GDPR-compliant; Jamie Davies holds a DBS certificate.

  • No recording without express, documented consent from both parties.

 

7. Health & Safety (In-Person Sessions)

  • Complete the intake form with relevant health, allergy, or accessibility needs.

  • Follow Coach’s guidance on safe conduct in any chosen venue.

  • In case of severe weather, sessions may move online or be rescheduled.

 

8. Termination & Complaints

  • Client Termination: You may end coaching at any time by written notice; we will confirm within 14 days.

  • Coach Termination: Coaching Stride reserves the right to end the relationship for ethical or safety reasons, non-payment, or repeated no-shows.

  • Complaints: Direct complaints to thecoachingstride@gmail.com. Acknowledgement within 3 days; full response within 14 working days.

 

By booking your session(s) at https://www.coachingstride.com/sessions  you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
